Greetings We are living in a world where the advent of technology has blurred all the boundaries and created a global village. The quantum of success has changed and competition has increased manifold. With this has developed an attitude for winning and a roaring spirit, yearning for achievement. In such a scenario, I feel proud to be a part of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan which aims to prepare global citizens. Education should aim at preparing a mindset for excellence and excellence can be achieved in various fields depending on a child's capacities and capabilities. To me, the key to quality education lies in the pedagogy and integrated programme of experiential learning. At Kendriya Vidyalaya, Mount Abu, we take on the task of character building along with academics. Our focus is on value based learning, soft skill development, leadership training and crisis management. Education is all about providing specialized skills which can be constructively used by the coming generation for the betterment of humankind.
